Our Mission

Before We Decide was born from a collective desire to bridge the gap between school board decisions and the families they impact. We are a community initiative dedicated to fostering transparency and civic engagement, ensuring that every student and parent has a clear, informed voice in the governance of our public school system before decisions are made impacting students across Dubuque Community.
